Pine Valley Shih Tzu Rescue

Pine Valley Shih Tzu Rescue is a 501(c)(3) no-kill organization in Philadelphia, Pa. They rescue abused, abandoned, and homeless dogs including those who may have behavior issues that can be rehabilitated. Pine Valley Shih Tzu Rescue uses foster homes to provide sanctuary and training in a loving and caring environment. It is the mission of Pine Valley Shih Tzu Rescue to find loving homes for the dogs in their care.
