Large Villa with Direct Access to Bowmans Beach

The 3 BR house has been refurbished completely and is located in a beautiful secured residential complex. Beach equipment and bicycles will be provided. In the park area you will find our new large and heated swimming pool. You can access the beach via a footpath or with your bicycles. There are two garages with release buzzers as well as a tennis court which can be used free of charge close-by (500m). The house is located peacefully in a nature-reserve and close to Bowmans Beach, one of the world's most beautiful shell beaches. Sound good?
