BC SPCA Cowichan provides shelter for animals in need in Duncan, BC. The following communities are supported: Duncan, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Cowichan Bay, Chemainus, Crofton and Ladysmith. In addition to adoption services, the shelter provides kids camps and programs.
